Therapists » Clinical Social Work/Therapist
Working with individuals and couples on their journey toward personal enlightenment is my passion. I often lean toward a holistic approach to assist with the emotional growth process that comes with therapy. I am skilled at identifying patterns of dysfunction in behavior and thought, and guiding the cognitive processes to ensure positive outcomes. As a result, my ideal client is ready for change and willing to do the work required to embark upon the path toward healing and growth. I use a range of approaches from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness for individuals who are experiencing anxiety and/or depression. I have completed all three levels of the Gottman couples therapist training and love helping couples thrive in love. Additionally, I am a certified as a Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). My practice focuses on individuals dealing with life stress and relationship concerns, and couples (dating, committed or married) who are on a mission to heal the wounds of the past and build the lives and relationships they want.
