I am a professional counselor licensed in WA, DE, DC, and NV with over 10 years of experience in clinical mental health counseling, substance abuse counseling, and school counseling. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including substance abuse and dependence, depression, anxiety, grief, bi-polar disorder, relationship issues, parenting problems, ADHD, trauma, and change of life/adjustment issues. My approach integrates cognitive-behavioral and motivational interviewing techniques within a humanistic counseling framework. I believe in treating others with respect, sensitivity, and compassion.
