Therapists » Clinical Social Work/Therapist
I have extensive experience in treating individuals struggling with disordered eating, body image distress, and related issues such as trauma, perfectionism, life transitions, and mood disorders. In my career, I have worked in higher-level care settings, most notably at The Emily Program, where I honed my expertise in treating eating disorders. I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Processing Therapy, Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy (RO-DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). My goal is to bring my full self into each session, fostering meaningful connections and empowering clients to make positive changes in their lives. My work includes both individual and group therapy, with a focus on creating a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their vulnerabilities and embrace their authentic selves. I look forward to supporting you on your journey!
