About

Seeking help takes courage. I am invested in working together toward making the changes you seek by creating a safe, trusting environment where we can explore the roadblocks holding you back. I practice in a holistic community where many modalities of treatment are used to promote healing. Do you feel "keyed up" most of the time or continue to behave in damaging patterns where you know the "why" but can't seem to make changes? Talk may not be enough.

I combine talk therapy with neurofeedback - a powerful tool that helps individuals move through stuck places that impede change. This combined approach helps develop your natural strengths and opens up space to promote real change. Not all clients elect to use neurofeedback - some work with a primary therapist and see me adjunctively for neurofeedback.

The most powerful tool is the client-therapist fit. Finding someone you feel gets you and with whom you feel safe is essential for real change to occur. Contact me to explore if we might be a good fit.
