I work with children (age 6+) and adolescents (up to age 18) and their families. I specialize in treatment of: Anxiety Disorders, Adjustment Disorders, Depression, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, and Autism Spectrum Disorder (Level 1) I use a variety of therapeutic approaches depending on your child's individual needs: CBT, SFBT, Mindfulness and Art or Play Therapy. Interventions may also include skills training such as: coping skills, cognitive strategies, emotional regulation skills and social communication.
