About

You are not alone. In times of fear and uncertainty, it’s common to feel anxious, depressed, or even frozen. When we’re stuck in “survival mode,” we may feel disconnected from ourselves and others. As a clinical social worker, I am dedicated to helping clients navigate these challenges. I believe that true mental health care must recognize the impact of social, political, and economic systems on our well-being. It’s essential to care for our mental health and to challenge feelings of hopelessness and helplessness, so we can continue showing up and advocating for what is right. Let’s work together to foster resilience.

I am a relational therapist informed by attachment theory and neuroscience, drawing on a range of therapeutic approaches to meet each person’s unique needs. I have specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Brainspotting.

I view therapy as a collaborative partnership built on safety and trust. My goal is to create an inclusive space where individuals of all races, ethnicities, gender identities, and sexual orientations feel truly welcome. I believe in the inherent worth of every person and their right to exist safely and authentically in the world.
