About

I focus on practical solutions and personal development to help each client reach their goals and establish necessary skills to improve. I serve teens and adults struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, self-harm, grief, and more. I'm compassionate, straightforward, and build rapport through honesty, transparency, and providing a comfortable space to open up. View 9 Photos

I use dialectical behavior therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, EMDR, and exposure and response prevention frameworks to educate patients on how to apply what skills work for them inside and outside of therapy.

I strive to partner with clients to help them gain insight to the answers they possess within themselves. In every case, I work to offer solutions and hope.
