About

With a passion for treating trauma, I am deeply committed to helping clients understand and transform their personal stories, recognizing how past experiences shape their present lives and influence their well-being. Through trauma-focused therapy, I support clients in addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and other life stressors that often stem from unresolved wounds. I believe that by addressing these core issues—rather than just symptoms—clients can experience profound personal growth, greater self-awareness, and increased self-compassion, ultimately empowering them to live more fully in the present. I am trained in a variety of trauma focused therapies including EMDR, a type of therapy designed to lessen distress related to traumatic events. I also use Emotion Focused therapy to use emotions to move us into better relationship with self and others. When faith is important to my clients, I love to use this as a resource for our work together.

My goals is to make my office a safe space to find rest and healing through a laid back approach, and I'm honored that my clients allow me to walk through their difficult stories with them knowing that we can get to a place of hope on the other side.
