Adulting isn’t easy. At times it can be a lonely and difficult journey faced with many challenges. There is no book for getting it right, and many of us feel like we’re just winging it day to day. As a therapist, I have a passion for working with women who often feel unseen and unheard, and who may be experiencing feelings of anxiousness and/or sadness. Whether it’s finding someone you trust to provide you with a safe space to grow both mentally and emotionally, or just having someone who understands your experiences as a woman or parent, I’m here to help you move towards solutions that make your journey a little easier. I truly take pride in fostering an environment where women can explore their life stressors and feel supported. There is never a mountain too high that can’t be conquered. All it takes is that first step and someone to help you find your way. Together we'll take down the things you once thought were unachievable.
