Dear client: I am so glad you are taking the very difficult step to seek counseling! You are welcomed, accepted, valued, and respected in my office. It is a safe space where you can receive compassionate care. My technique involves companioning with clients to help them identify strengths, discover solutions, and emotionally heal. I use an integrated, holistic approach that tailors treatment to the unique needs and goals of each client. When I work with children, I use creative play and art therapy approaches to relieve feelings of stress and expand self-expression. I have extensive training and experience in: the integration of Psychology and Christian Theology for counseling; trauma recovery and post-traumatic stress; domestic abuse; play therapy for children; Anxiety Disorders; ADHD and other neurodevelopmental disorders. I am now offering convenient, online therapy sessions.
