I offer trauma informed care; I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional Level 2, EMDR Certified Therapist & Consultant in Training. I offer Telehealth and In-Person Sessions as my schedule allows. I also offer Supervision to students and provisionally licensed practitioners; and consultation for EMDR please reach out to me if you are looking for this kind of support. I offer a safe place to explore the difficult emotions associated with trauma and grief. I use many modalities to accomplish this with my clients; Interpersonal Relationship building, EMDR and Mindfulness are my strengths. I have been trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Polyvagal Theory and have worked extensively with bereavement. You may be reaching out for the first time or maybe the 10th time...I invite you to be courageous and connect with me. I believe that with a strong and encouraging supporter any person can find the strength to navigate trauma, difficult circumstances, negative emotional patterns, and losses (death, divorce, separation, miscarriage, post-abortion and more).
