About

Do you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or struggle to adjust to life’s difficulties and daily tasks? Has a past trauma, distressing event, or life change made taking your life back seem difficult? Or maybe wishing fears, worries, or stressors would not feel so heavy and overwhelming? Sometimes you don’t know how you got here or why this is happening. Now more than ever, we all experience uncertainty about different aspects of our lives. My hope is together, we can work to help you rise from whatever difficulties you may be facing. I'm here with honor to support you in your journey to create ways to heal, achieve goals, and find your joy.

I see adults and adolescents for individual, couples and family therapy. I specialize in trauma and also treat issues related, but not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, grief, self-esteem, women’s issues, life transitions, coping skills, and PTSD. I am trained in EMDR and CBT and other therapies to assist you in reaching your goals.

I believe that we all have the capacity for change and desire for a purpose driven life within us. I will provide a safe, nonjudgmental environment to explore your thoughts, emotions, fears, and struggles to support the change needed to gain clarity, healing and peace. You have already shown tremendous courage in taking this next step!
