About

I work with individuals who are navigating anxiety, depression, cultural identity exploration, and trauma. Maybe you are emotionally numb, need someone to listen, are terrified of discussing painful experiences, or don't have the right words to articulate how you are feeling. You are not alone. Seeking external help and sharing your most vulnerable thoughts, feelings, and experiences is highly intimate and courageous, let alone with an initial stranger. I have immense respect for those taking this step, and I am humbled to be a part of your mental health journey.

Through a strength-based, nonjudgmental, client-centered, and culturally informed approach, I aid in reprocessing trauma, exploring how our past and societal systems inform our present, and building grounding skills for authentic healing. With a foundation of mutual trust and safety, let's embark together.

I offer a free 15-minute discussion to see if I am the right person for you on this journey and to answer any questions. Ultimately, my goal is to provide a safe space for clients to be heard, affirmed, connected, and active agents for change in their own lives.
