Therapy can be a powerful tool to help people who have been struggling with anxiety, depression, and dissatisfaction. These struggles may have been recent, or they may reflect traumatic experiences or parts of our lives that have been problematic for many years. I work with adults of all ages--individuals and couples--to help them understand what has brought them to this point in their lives. Psychoanalysis and psychoanalytic psychotherapy are intensive treatment modalities that promote increased self-understanding, symptom relief, and lasting psychological change. As people come to better understand how themselves, they can find new ways to achieve more satisfying lives and relationships. My private practice is located in Roland Park in north Baltimore. I accept CareFirst Blue Cross/Blue Shield insurance and Medicare. I also accept payment from people who do not wish to use insurance.
