We are a group practice owned and operated by licensed mental health professionals. We offer individual/group/couple and SUD therapy. We believe that everyone is the hero in their story. We guide/assist clients in acquiring the necessary skills/tools to live their optimal life while navigating their personal challenges. In our practice, we utilize a variety of evidence-based approaches. We aim to provide accessible, high-quality mental health and substance abuse services while promoting the well-being of individuals and families in Massachusetts.
