About

Hi there, welcome! My specialty areas include trauma, relationships and body image issues. As a queer and neurodivergent therapist, my passions include working with the LGBTQIA+ community, and neurodivergent clients (ADHD, autism, PDA traits). As a neurodiversity affirming provider, I see all neurotypes as equal, and not an issue that needs "treatment". Rather, it is a process of finding your way back to yourself and who you really are. Additionally, I work with the ethical non-monogamy, polyamory, and kink/BDSM community. I work with individuals, teens, and couples and enjoy working with all relationship structures.

I am a trauma informed therapist, and my number one goal is for you to feel safe and secure in our counseling relationship. Once you feel safe and secure, we can discuss options for care, including supportive counseling, EMDR (deeper trauma work with the nervous system), or more skill based therapies aimed at coping with symptoms.

I am offering in-person and virtual sessions and day and evening sessions. My office is in Golden Hill in San Diego, and has excellent parking and tea waiting for you in the lobby. You can book a free 15 minute consultation online at LetsWanderPsychotherapy.com. I look forward to meeting you soon!
