Congratulations on taking the first step to creating the life you seek. Seriously considering therapy takes courage. While acknowledging the need for help in this self-sufficient society may be seen as a weakness, it should be celebrated as a strength. Please appreciate your courage as a strength no matter how small it may feel. The strength is in knowing that there is more for you and in being willing to pursue the “more” by acquiring the support you need. My person-centered approach integrates various therapeutic modalities such as mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). It is my hope that through our work together you will really get to know yourself in intimate ways which will lead to the pursuit of the contentment, joy, peace and the meaningful life you desire.
