About

I believe that counseling can be beneficial for anyone and everyone because at some time in our life we will struggle with something. My focus as a clinician is to help you work through what is weighing you down in your day to day life and equip you with the tools to move forward and grown. I have worked for over five years with a variety of populations including adolescents, teens, new moms and the LGBT+ community. I am continually attending seminars and reading up on new topics to provide my clients with the best, research based, interventions and tools I can offer.

I offer a variety of views and therapy options to assist people from all walks of life. Specialized areas of training include Mindfulness and LGBTQ affirmative therapy practices.

Allow me to provide a safe space where you can come, let go of your stress, and find ways to grow as a person.
