About

I began my career working with victim's of crime, current and past abuse, and identity based violence. I am proudly a neurodivergent mental health practitioner who has worked with late-diagnosis ADHD, Autism, Anxiety, and Depression. I utilize EMDR, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Existential techniques, and Mindfulness based CBT.

I know therapy can help us free from cycles of dysfunction and distress. Often we wait for external wake up calls to make needed changes. I invite you to not wait any longer. Whatever you're struggling with, now is a great time to create deeper, more meaningful connections with yourself and live your fullest life.

I know that it takes time and vulnerability to introduce yourself to a new therapist; so I'd like to offer a (completely free) phone or zoom consultation for us to meet properly and set things up! This can be up to 30 minutes for us to talk about what it is I do, name any goals or focus you want me to know, and answer any initial questions about logistics.
