Albert Einstein discovered several years ago that the Universe is expanding every day. What a great message for us all, as we are part of the Universe and have a part to play in our own expanding life. Our lives can help us to sincerely believe that life is worth living! We have the resources within our self to expand our lives, so that life can be adventurous, exciting, surprising, open to taking some risks, and being playful. What a great list of categories to discern how we are doing in our expanding our lives!. I work with clients to help them find their internal and external resources, so that what is possible can become probable. I help clients find what is igniting the spark in their hearts, so that they can cultivate an emerging sense of well being, lifting themselves above their day to day stressors. It is about finding the capacity to have joy in one’s life! in our counseling sessions you can learn to be more intrigued about yourself and come to appreciate having more energy to live fully and connect with yourself and connect more with others.
