My clinical interests include: Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Grief, Spiritual Pain, Resilience, and Sports Psychology. I believe when I work with someone I need to earn trust and give them the sense they are accepted. I believe therapy should be conducted in an environment of empathy and compassion and respect. My goal is to hopefully provide tools and resources to empower a person toward positive growth and change. I enjoy spending time with friends and family, listening to music and going to concerts, attending sporting events and playing sports such as golf, tennis, racket ball, and ping pong. I love animals, hiking and anything outdoors. I like to read and volunteer with special needs populations.
