I am a Master’s Level Clinician in the state of Pennsylvania, with experience partnering with children, adolescents, and adults seeking help with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, life transitions, and more. I utilize a person-centered approach to counseling, drawing from techniques in cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, reality therapy, and more. My methods emphasize awareness, mindfulness, acceptance, responsibility, and life skills to best meet the unique needs of each individual. View 5 Photos
