About

Feeling overwhelmed, anxious or hopeless from a trauma or series of traumas in your life? Curious about what it could mean for you to learn to differentiate between a trauma response and trusting your intuition? I aim to support you in processing your trauma(s), identifying and integrating a positive belief about yourself, making space for all emotions, creating healthy flexible boundaries and resourcing you with tools to regulate your nervous system. I specialize in traumas of all kinds (i.e. grief and loss, developmental trauma, abuse, neglect, PTSD). Together we co-create a space for self-awareness, self-compassion and healing.

Through EMDR, a body-based therapy that addresses the inaccurate storage of traumatic memories, painful memories lose their emotional charge. I provide empathy, a non-judgmental listening ear, and mind/body connections. We collaborate to create a safe and trusting space. I am trained in intermediate EMDR, IFS-informed, and certified in Advanced Trauma.

Whatever you've been through, whatever has been done to you, you do not have to figure it out on your own this time. Together we will seek to understand how your past shows up in the present causing you pain and suffering and robbing you of being fully present to your life. We will work to heal in such a way that your mind and body are aligned.
