About

Yáʼátʼééh! My name is Michelle and I’m here to walk alongside you on your healing journey. As an Indigenous Queer therapist, I bring my whole self to our work together. In our sessions, I focus on what your body is telling you and how we can work together to care for your whole self—mentally, physically, socially, and spiritually. I specialize in supporting BIPOC and 2 Spirit LGBTQIA+ communities, as well as those navigating perinatal mental health. My approach is centered on decolonizing therapy, moving away from the eurocentric lens of Western psychology to honor your culture and embrace Indigenous ways of knowing and healing. View 5 Photos

Your story is yours to tell, and I see you as the expert in your own life. I’m here to listen, support, and help you connect with your inner wisdom and ancestral knowledge. Together, we’ll create a path forward that feels right for you.

I practice on the lands of the Shoshone, Northern Ute, Goshute, and Paiute peoples, also known as Salt Lake City, Utah. Just as I honor this land, I honor the unique landscape of your experiences and stories in our work together. If you’re ready to explore this journey, I’m here with you.
