I believe that reaching out for help takes courage and that it is a sign of strength. Through providing a safe, confidential and supportive environment, my goal is to assist people with breaking down barriers that may be preventing them from seeking the help they need. I treat depression, anxiety, and life adjustment issues. I also work to address underlying issues that tend to fuel addictive and self-sabotaging behaviors. Many individuals struggling with addictive behaviors question why they are continuing these behaviors that have so many negative consequence. I help individuals change this pattern. I developed a practice that is personal and client centered. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches to meet the needs of each individual.
