About

Finding balance is hard and we all need help sometimes. School struggles, parenting/marital stress, or past traumatic events can lead us to feel overwhelmed. Therapy is a powerful experience to better understand our emotions and behaviors. You deserve to be happy. I am committed to helping you/your child reclaim your happiness and achieve mental and emotional well-being. Together we will build the skills and resilience you need to achieve growth and see change.

I specialize in trauma, life transitions, women's mental health, parenting, self-esteem, anxiety and depression. I use a strengths-based approach integrating cognitive and dialectical behavioral (CBT) (DBT) and trauma-informed techniques to identify and understand patterns that are not working and set goals to feel better and improve your quality of life.

I understand that seeking therapy is a courageous step, and I’m here to support you on your journey. My approach centers on exploring the underlying issues that may be keeping you stuck in negativity or unhappiness. Every journey toward healing and growth is unique; each person's experiences and challenges are different. I look forward to your call!
