Life is a journey down a long winding path, through forests and meadows, filled with obstacles that can easily trip us up. Each path is unique and I enjoy walking with clients on their journey. I believe in a client-centered, strength based approach to therapy. We work together to establish goals and develop treatment plans based on your priorities and needs. I have been working in the mental health field since 2011 and have worked with clients from many different walks of life including but not limited to: teaching life skills, family reunification, sex offender treatment, and severe and persistent mental illness. I work with adults and youth (age 16 and older) in individual, couple, and family sessions. I believe each person in the family brings something of value and that finding and enhancing people’s strengths can create healthier outcomes. I am passionate about family reunification and healing and growing the family system. Let's work together to create a better journey for you!
