About

Are you feeling overwhelmed by the pressures and stress of life? Do you have life changes and/or transitions that have increased your worry and affected your moods? Taking the first step to begin therapy may feel intimidating. However, it may be the journey that brings you the peace and insight you need to begin living life in a positive direction. During your sessions we will explore how current challenges impact your physical, emotional, social, and spiritual wellbeing.

I utilize evidence-based therapies in my work with individuals, families, and children. I take a client centered, strength-based approach. I will work with you in developing a healthier outlook, new strategies for managing challenging relationships, reframing negative thought patterns, adding healthy coping skills, and exploring new ways of self-care.

Whether life transitions, grief, anxiety, depression, or relationship struggles together we will explore how this impacts you and your daily life. I will provide safe, therapeutic environment in which you are able to experience full acceptance, empathy, and understanding.
