About

Are you struggling to find meaning and purpose in your life? Maybe you struggle with negative, self-defeating thoughts and beliefs that may cause depression and/or anxiety.

I can help you identify your values and strengths, and together we can work on building a healthier and more meaningful connection with yourself, thereby creating a more fulfilling life. I have experience helping people from a wide range of backgrounds going through a variety of issues related to low self-esteem, addiction, depression, trauma, and anxiety.

I am a compassionate, empathetic listener, and I will work to help you feel seen and heard. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy techniques, Internal Family Systems, and EMDR to help you address your negative and/or self-defeating beliefs and create more positive, realistic thoughts and beliefs. When we change our thoughts, we change how we feel.
