Don't you love when your doctor tells you to "reduce the stress in your life". Life in general is stressful, right? Relationships can become stressful. Work can be stressful. Kids can be stressful. Anxiety, depression, anger, frustration, and lack of effective ways to cope will influence your need for counseling. Everyone needs someone to vent to and therapy provides you not only with a way to express your frustrations, but it also helps you learn how to cope better with the things that stress you out! Eliminating stress is impossible however learning better ways to cope is not impossible, I can help you work on it.

I specialize in CBT, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused and Person-Centered approaches. I believe in human resilience and people's ability to overcome the greatest of trauma-related symptoms. What I offer patients is an opportunity to gain insight into how they react and respond to stress-events and help them identify ways to better cope.

Everyone should be able to find the right therapist and sometimes you just have to reach out and see if I could be that right therapist for you. I generally provide telehealth sessions at this time. I hope I can help you improve your overall well-being, self-confidence, and inter-personal relationships.
