About

There are times in our life's journey where the path becomes difficult to traverse: depression, anxiety, and problems in our relationships can obstruct the view. Struggles with our circumstances, managing anger, coping with workplace stress, and existential questions are common challenges we face in life. I welcome the opportunity to journey along aside you in these challenges and together discover a richness that has been waiting to be revealed.

I work with individuals and couples seeking growth and healing through uncovering thoughts, behaviors, and desires that hinder our connectedness and our efforts to experience life to the fullest. I use a psychoanalytic approach which relates to both the psychological and spiritual dimensions of life on an integrative path to healing.

I also specialize in workplace mental health and the daily challenges of work settings that trigger stress, trauma, and anxiety, stymie creativity, and deplete the soul. I offer a safe shelter from that which may threaten our true self.
