About

Has Openings- Sometimes we lose our way, have parts of ourselves we wish to change, or long for better relationships. I work with clients of various identities, cultural and spiritual backgrounds. As a result, I am experienced in understanding how the world around you can make it difficult to get your needs met and am ready to help you find more of what you need. Therapy provides a space where we consider your unique experience without judgment or criticism and help you find a path forward that is inclusive of your whole self. I offer an affirming environment to help you pay attention to what you really want and who you really are.

Therapy is supportive, but also challenging. We will both be active participants. I use an integrative approach, which refers to a therapist's ability to see each person as an individual and consider their strengths, fears, cultures, background & supports during treatment planning and conceptualization. As a result, therapy is tailored to each individual.

While I welcome & work with everyone, I have specialized in working with the lesbian, gay, bisexual, TGNC & queer community. Some concerns that have been addressed include navigating relationships, developing assertiveness, changing careers, coming out, transition, managing depression or anxiety, and developing better coping skills and communication.
