Are some days harder than others? Does your day- to- day grind seem unmanageable? Do you often find yourself wondering why you feel the way you do? Life can be hard but you don't have to go through it alone. I welcome everyone who is suffering from anxiety, depression, addiction and those who are struggling with low self-esteem and self-worth. I work well with adults and adolescents who are looking to make positive changes in their lives to help cope with the stress or emotions that are clouding their days. I am a Clinical Social Worker and a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor. I have a background in Veterans and Military Family issues. I works from a client centered approach, which allows me to adapt to the ever-changing needs of the people I work with. I use techniques such as Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I strive to create a space for you to feel safe enough to step out of your comfort zone and explore the areas where you might overcome and grow. It is easy to say that you want to find happiness, but what does that look like? How can you get there? Together we will identify what you want, lay out that road map and navigate all the twists and turns together.
