About

I enjoy working with adolescents and adults who just need a little "tune up", need long term assistance, or something in between. Are you experiencing grief from the death of a loved one, abandonment, feeling anxious and out of control, struggling with past or current trauma, want to improve the quality of your relationships, or just want to feel happier? I use evidence based practices tailored to you to help work through your needs. I have a conversational style and like to develop goals together to enhance our work outside of sessions. Therapy can also be fun! Laughter can be heard in my office frequently. View 4 Photos

I have experience working with all ages and have a background in multiple systems including education, health care, juvenile offending, foster care and child welfare. I offer a non-judgmental space to work on your concerns together. I often seek out research so that I can be the most helpful to you. I consider myself a strong and informed LGBTQ+ ally.

The choice to seek help in navigating life's issues is a brave and vulnerable one. I admire and respect that choice. I strive to create an environment where you feel safe and connected. I look forward to working together soon! Please note that at this time I only have daytime availability - 4:00 p.m. and after appointments are put on a wait list.
