About

Are you struggling with feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or unmotivated? Are you dealing with a stressful life transition and need support? You don't have to do this alone. I work with adults, teens, and children ages 8+ and all sessions are virtual. Whether your goal is to have a place to process worries, to learn new coping skills, or to feel like yourself again, I'm here for you! Together we will create a plan to help you feel better and reach your goals.

I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, attention difficulties (ADHD), trauma, grief, and loss. I have specialized training in perinatal mood disorders that allows me to support women during pregnancy and the postpartum period. I'm also a mom of 3 and enjoy helping both parents and kids navigate life changes and learn to regulate emotions.

Whatever struggle you are facing, you don't have to face it alone. If you take the first step, I will take the rest with you. When we meet, you can expect to be welcomed into a space where you can be yourself, find hope, and feel supported in working towards growth and healing.
