I am a Licensed Associate Counselor and I have a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University. I also hold a Bachelor of Arts in Forensic Psychology with a minor in Criminology and Criminal Justice from Arizona State University. My professional background of the past 3+ years spans a variety of settings, with a special focus on children from birth to five. I also enjoy working with adults and couples presenting with a variety of challenges. I have worked in community mental health, providing support to both the Serious Mental Illness (SMI) and General Mental Health populations. In my practice, I draw upon a diverse range of therapeutic approaches, including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Gestalt, and Motivational Interviewing.
