Welcome! I'm so glad you're here. I made the decision, after 30 wonderful years of teaching, to return to school with the desire to keep learning. My interest in mental health therapy has led me to a place where I'm able to help others deal more effectively with life's challenges. As a mother of three adult children, I understand the joys, responsibilities, and stressors of parenting. I am grateful to God for the path that has led me here. As a Catholic therapist, I am also able to integrate faith into the therapeutic approach if requested. I provide therapeutic services for individuals of all ages, from children and adolescents to adults and seniors. I believe wholeheartedly that our lives can be filled with goodness, joy, and peace. I offer a compassionate and respectful space where your thoughts are valued and free of judgment. "You're worth it and, yes, you are enough.
