Accepting New Clients: Child and adolescent therapy specialist who offers many years of experience working with youth and their families. I am able to help children, teens, young adults, and families by providing empathetic support and instilling a new life perspective which focuses on the positive and increases hope. My clients become future-focused while also building confidence and resilience. I approach counseling from a strengths-based approach which is supported by research in positive psychology. The challenges that our young people face often bring problems with self-esteem, confidence, school performance, peer relationships, and complex social issues. I have a passion for working with youth to help them explore their unique gifts and inner strength to thrive. The decision to begin therapy can be a difficult one, not to mention navigating the process of getting started and finding a therapist who is the right fit for you and your child. I have been told my demeanor is genuine and approachable, and I will insure that the therapeutic process is beneficial and enriching from the first day we meet.
