About
I help people to heal and grow. That can come in many forms. Perhaps it's learning to manage depression and anxiety. Maybe it's making sense of overwhelming or traumatic events. Perhaps it's learning to communicate better with partners, family, or friends. Maybe it's coming to terms with a chronic illness. I draw from a diverse background of therapeutic approaches - particularly contemporary psychodynamic, family systems, mindfulness, and post-modern approaches. I augmented my Clinical Social Work graduate studies with training in Reiki and somatic and holistic therapies under the tutelage of Anthony Sainz, PhD in New York City. I offer an approach which examines and addresses problems at each level of the human experience - mind, body and spirit.
