About

I offer a warm, non-judgmental opportunity to reflect on what is going on for you and what you can do about it. Life is difficult under any circumstances and we all need new approaches sometimes. Some common challenges that I work on with clients include: life transitions, relationship issues, anxiety, perfectionism, addiction, losses, depression, trauma, existential fears, political concerns, economic pressure, and identity.

As we get to know each other, we will draw from a variety of approaches based on what makes sense for you. One size does not fit all!

It always takes courage to reach out to a therapist. I'll be glad to hear from you.
