About

Hi! Thanks for stopping by today. My practice experience is grounded in a relationship-based processing style, where we will walk your wellness journey together. I work to highlight an individuals strengths and create a safe and comfortable space for clients to process a variety of issues related to depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, loss, and family or relationship conflict. Whether this is your first time seeking therapy, or you're searching for something different, I am confident that our approach will be effective in improving your wellbeing. View 6 Photos

My therapy style is guided in modalities to share, explore and reflect in a growth-oriented approach. My practice draws on CBT, mindfulness, Adlerian psychology and systemic/strategic therapy. I have also received training in Gottman couples therapy.

I view the therapist-client relationship as a collaborative one, and we will work together to build on your existing strengths to develop therapeutic goals. My goal is to build a relationship to foster your success. I look forward to hearing from you and taking the first steps together!
