About

I believe when an individual begins the therapy process with me that they will experience a safe, unconditional and non-judgmental environment. I always attempt to provide a solid foundation of listening and trust. No matter what brings an individual to the therapy process, you can always feel comfortable that I will help guide you through your struggles and difficulties in a down-to-earth recovery oriented manner. Being able to demonstrate positive outcomes though the use of quantitative measures has been able to provide concrete evidence to individuals that recovery, balance and overall wellness is possible.

I have been practicing psychotherapy for 24 years and have provided treatments to children, adolescents and adults through eclectic bets practice approaches that have been proved effective. I have special interest in providing cognitive behavioral psychotherapy. I always try and meet each individual at their own point in their recovery process.

I continually try to provide a non-directive, client-centered approach to treatment. Accepting and understanding each individual for who they are and what they bring and expect from the therapy process has always been a key variable in successful treatment.
