I enjoy working with adolescents and families as well as couples who desire to find help and resolution. My other focus is helping couples who want to understand and love their partner better to enhance their marriage; or couples, who are in conflictual relationships that are struggling with disconnection and isolation. My passion is to come alongside young men in the process of self-discovery to help grow in awareness of themselves by helping to bring resolution to problems such as pornography, anger, anxiety, depression, isolation, emotional dysregulation, loss and grief, and spiritual confusion. My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for adolescents and families to come as they are. My hope is that they would come away with a greater awareness of themselves as well as life skills to be able to live their life more authentically and in connection. I come from a Christian background. And I operate from a Family Systemic and attachment-based perspective where generational family dynamics and influences shape each person’s story and how they are in relationship with themselves and others. I primarily utilize internal family systems and emotionally focused therapy approaches to help build awareness.
