As a licensed therapist, mother, entrepreneur, and former Division 1 college athlete, I am no stranger to navigating pressure and have made it my focus to help other high achievers do the same. I specialize in working with current and former elite, highly competitive athletes to enhance their mental health and wellness while optimizing their performance in their desired areas.
