I offer psychotherapy for children over 14 years of age, couples and adults. A typical client may have Bipolar Disorder or other depressive or anxiety disorders or behavioral issues, such as anger outbursts Or they may struggle with grief or other difficult life situations and need support and guidance. I specialize in treatment of trauma related disorders, such as PTSD., and also in treatment of adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse. My approach to treatment is gentle but direct. I respond to your unique needs, drawing from your strengths and encourage you to be open and move towards positive life changes. I have extensive training in treatment of Post-Traumatic Stress, caused by for ex.: sexual abuse, rape, emotional abuse or domestic violence. In addition to traditional counseling and psychotherapy, I have also been trained in the use of CBT, EFT, I am certified TA practitioner, certified in use of AIT ( Advanced Integrative Therapy) and also offer EMDR Like any other journey your life-journey can at times be challenging and discouraging. How you deal with the bumps on the road and the more difficult times, has a great impact on your physical and emotional well-being. Together we can explore new avenues and new ways of thinking and feeling to bring about the change you desire.
