About

As a licensed clinical psychologist, I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. I often work with individuals and families going through difficult adjustments, such as the birth of a new child, divorce, grief, or career struggles. Educated in psychodynamic psychotherapy and incorporating cognitive behavioral strategies, I aim to provide therapy with an empathic approach while helping the client process earlier life experiences and implement healthier coping skills.

I am comfortable working with depression, anxiety, ADHD, issues related to gender or sexuality, domestic violence, childhood abuse, bereavement, first responders, and PTSD. I have specialized training in perinatal and postpartum mental health, parenting skills for disruptive behavior disorders, and health psychology. I also provide services in Spanish.

I see clients on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Please feel free to send a message or call to discuss you interest in treatment. Thank you.
