I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, a Nationally Certified Counselor, and a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, parenting concerns, relationship challenges, women's issues, eating disorders, and self-esteem. I work with individuals- both adolescents and adults- as well as families, and together, we create an individualized treatment plan to meet your goals. It can be difficult to reach out for support, and I highly value a safe, non judgmental and compassionate environment for you to further explore your concerns. I use different treatment modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and equip clients with effective coping skills so that they can move forward in health and healing. I also have experience working in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I offer Christian counseling for those who would like to explore issues in the context of their faith. Everyone is at a different place in their own spiritual journey- and I work with clients of all faiths and respect the views and beliefs of each individual.
