Immediate Availability! I am a licensed therapist with many years of experience in both acute inpatient and traditional outpatient settings. I graduated from Lipscomb University with my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2014. My mission in my career is to walk alongside you on your journey towards healing and growth. I seek to form collaborative and trusting relationships with my clients, and I believe that every single person makes sense in light of their own story. Your story is unique, and you are brave for owning your truth! My evidence-based approaches to counseling include addressing one’s emotional, mental, and physical well-being. I offer individual counseling for adults (ages 18+) located in Tennessee. In our work together, you can expect that we will set individualized goals, explore the miles you’ve already journeyed, assess the trajectory of your current roadmap, and set you up to thrive in the miles to come. We will aim to reduce troublesome symptoms, and increase your ability to own your story. I hope to talk soon!
