My goal is to provide you with a safe, supportive, nonjudgmental, and professional environment in which you can heal and grow. My approach is individualized to meet the needs of each client. I practice from a client centered approach, meaning that I use each client’s individual presentation to create a plan, interventions, and goals toward a life of optimum mental health. It is important to be able to live the life you want. A life which brings you joy and fulfillment. A life that holds the possibility of supportive and understanding relationships. I provide both Individual and Couples therapy. I utilize a variety of different therapy techniques that include CBT, DBT, Person-Centered Therapy, Mindfulness, and faith-based practices. My specialties include working with depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, PTSD, and improving Family and Couple Relationships/Communications. I enjoy working with populations who want more for their lives but aren't sure how to get there. I have found psychotherapy to be a powerful tool to help develop strategies to live a life full of independent options and choices. Please feel free to reach out with any questions that you have and discover what valuable resources I can offer you.
