About

Do you experience symptoms of emotional, relational, or physical pain? Anxiety, fear, hopelessness, and bodily discomfort can linger long after traumatic and destabilizing events. You can learn to navigate these symptoms, regulate them, and walk through the process of fear and immobility back to integrative functioning. My priority is to help you recognize, accept, heal, and integrate the difficulties you are experiencing and become aware of your inner strengths and guiding values through the process. You can find the strength and courage to engage again with life and the passion to not only survive but thrive.

My goal is to help you and your family grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to a flourishing life. I offer individualized, psychological care to support you through life transitions and mental health challenges. Clients who find my approach helpful often come with depression, anxiety, chronic pain, ASD, and grief concerns.

I see clients throughout the lifespan & value the unique challenges and gifts each developmental stage offers, whether your work lies in youth identify formation or end of life meaning. Additionally, I am a trained school counselor, former teacher (16 years), somatic movement therapist, mindfulness & yoga teacher, and biodynamic craniosacral therapist.
